Synap Software Labs named 2016 Moxie Award Finalist
CHICAGO – May 17, 2016 – Synap Software Labs, a pioneer in the B2B collaborative CRM space, was named a finalist for Best B2B Startup in the fifth annual Moxie Awards, presented by Built in Chicago. Finalists were announced today and were selected from a competitive field of 7,000+ nominees.
“We’ve taken tremendous care in building software that addresses many issues companies face in managing their customer relationships. As a young company, it’s incredibly encouraging and affirming to be recognized as a leading B2B startup in Chicago, especially among such an extraordinary peer group,” states Jeremie Bacon, co-founder & CEO of Synap.
Synap is a collaborative CRM that automatically captures and organizes customer contacts and interactions, enabling companies to better manage their relationships. Starting with email, Synap connects to many of the other tools customer-facing teams use like sales automation and help desk, to provide a complete story of the customer journey. It then serves it up to everyone via their desktop, mobile device or inbox.
“Because Synap automatically logs emails and Salesforce activity, my colleagues and I can easily get a snapshot of what is happening at an account. This type of visibility into accounts cuts down on one-on-one meetings and saves time,” said Synap customer, Rachel Wehner, Manager of Client Strategy, LearnCore.
The product is currently in beta and the company calls other Chicago-based companies like LearnCore, Revenue Conduit and ColorJar its clients. In its first year, the team has tripled in size and recently expanded to Los Angeles.
Moxie Awards winners will be selected through a judging panel and public votes. All winners will be announced at an annual awards ceremony, this year on June 16th at Morgan Manufacturing. Public voting begins today and will be open until June 10. To vote, visit Moxie Awards.
